My running routine has increased from one day per week to two days per week.
With Wii Fit constantly showing in my face, I can't help but notice that I am finally in a panic mode -- to lose weight and be fit physically! Apostle Paul has a "sting". The Bible never said what that sting is; probaby related to vision; probably something that made him a humble man. I have a "sting", too. Of course, there is no comparision for mine and Paul's. I'm referring to my back pain (actually sciatica). Without exercises, my sciatica would gradually return. All my joints, my tendons and my muscles would be tighter and tighter to a point where I could hardly bend my upper body or turn my waist. Unfortuately, this "sting" doesn't make me a humble man; instead, it makes me an angry man with erratic emotion and excruciating pain that would keep me awake at night. It doesn't glorify God indeed!
I have a responsibility to take care of my body - the temple of God. So, I am praying that I can be consistent and persistent to maintain my 2-days per week running and my nightly routine of Wii Fit head-to-head with Selina.
Help me God, so I can be physically fit and more so spiritually fit, so I can serve you wholeheartedly with full strength, calmness and wisdom. That's my purpose for "Running"!

Finally.....LauZone is blogging!
Look who's blogging finally?!
Very spontaneous. Just thought I can't keep on procrastinating the joy of capturing my silly thoughts; superb ideas; spiritual reflections; fond memories.....more so a way to leave some footprints for Selina, Caleb and myself to look back.
Where shall I start?
One of the books I've always wanted to read is Purpose Driven Life (PDL). I've read the Chn and Eng version of Purpose Drive Church, and Purpose Driven Youth. Now that the discipleship group is studying PDL, I don't have any excuse of not reading it. This is the 3rd day of my 40 day PDL journey. Very refreshing. "Human-made mistakes and even sins are always calculated in God's purposeful plan". I don't think I was able to translate the essence of this sentence. God, help me NOT ONLY to read through it, but to live through it. There is a book called "Be a Winner of Your Second Half of Life". I guess it's suitable for a person like me who's literally in the second half of life. My goal is to define and apply a God-pleasing PDL for the next 30+ years (God willing).
